About Us
Wild Hyacinth is family owned and operated. Farmer C is a proud single mom to Farmer J, who tends the land with Farmer E, aka Granny. The cats Teen and Chill provide superb security and patrol services.
What We Grow
Herbs
Basil, catnip, chamomile, chive, dill, fennel, marjoram, mint, oregano, sage, tarragon, thyme, cilantro, caraway (culinary), cumin (culinary), blue borage, rosemary, hyssop, lemongrass, wormseed (epazote), feverfew, and valerian.
Flowers
Calendula, cosmos, marigold, nasturtium, snapdragon, strawflower, sunflower, echinacea, hibiscus, viola, and zinnia.

Arugula, carrot, celery, cucumber, kale, leek, lettuce, onion, pea, radish, squash, beans, beet, bok choy, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, jicama, corn, spinach, eggplant, garlic, lemon, lime, pumpkin, tomatillo, tomato, turnip, and peppers.

Happy Hen Eggs
Our sweet hens are given lots of love each day. Farmer J has assigned them all garbage truck company, or Blippi song, names such as Waste Management, CR&R, Recology, University Place, Step and Bounce. Meanwhile - Farmer C assigned names associated with notable female politicians.
California Native Plants
We prioritise safe spaces for blue dichs, poppies, bluebells, purple needle grass, buckwheat, which are included in bouquets as the season permits. Our farm name, Wild Hyacinth, honors this land.
